CMS has recruited George Burn, former co-leader of global international arbitration practice at BCLP, as a partner based in its London office.

George Burn focuses on investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration. He is adept at resolving jurisdictional issues and matters concerning public and private international law. His practice spans energy, infrastructure, banking, mining, construction and other sectors, with cases handled across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

Prior to joining CMS, George Burn worked at BCLP for nearly nine years.
