Reed Smith has onboarded a disputes practice team from K&L Gates to reinforce its newly launched Boston office. Three partners namely Jennifer Nagle, Robert Sparkes and Kathleen Parker, together with two associates, have joined the Boston team.

 

The three partners boast solid expertise in dispute resolution, focusing on class actions, commercial disputes, consumer litigation and employment law matters across consumer goods, retail, financial services and other sectors.

 

Jennifer Nagle has nearly 20 years of experience concentrating on nationwide consumer class actions.

 

Robert Sparkes has practiced law for two decades, handling commercial litigation and class action defense.

 

Kathleen Parker advises companies on full-spectrum employment issues including compliance, investigations and court proceedings.
