Gibson Dunn has recently announced the appointment of Gianluca Bacchiocchi as Partner in its New York office. He will be part of the Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group and serve as Co-Chair of the Structured Finance Practice Group.

Gianluca Bacchiocchi has more than 25 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project financing. He principally advises on sophisticated financing transactions for large-scale infrastructure projects including data centres and digital infrastructure, power and renewables across the United States and globally. His practice covers structured finance, private capital, insurance capital, bank lending and capital markets transactions, with notable experience in Latin America.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Gianluca Bacchiocchi practised at Clifford Chance.
