Sidley Austin has welcomed Jeffrey Ross, former finance chair at Debevoise & Plimpton’s New York office, to its ranks.

Jeffrey Ross specializes in acquisition and leveraged finance. He excels at structuring and negotiating large-scale financing deals, such as leveraged buyouts, corporate mergers and reverse Morris trust transactions.

He spent more than two decades at Debevoise & Plimpton and played an important role in expanding the firm’s finance practice over the years.
