Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has recruited Duncan McKay, a partner from Fried Frank, to head its fund finance practice in New York.

Duncan McKay is a seasoned fund finance practitioner who excels at structuring diverse fund transactions. He is a market leader in sophisticated deals such as rated note feeder transactions and collateralised fund obligations, and serves a wide range of renowned asset managers and financial institutions.

Before joining Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, he spent time at Fried Frank and earlier held a partnership at Kirkland & Ellis.
