Weil Gotshal & Manges has appointed Adam Gershenson, former first-chair trial lawyer at Cooley, as a partner in its Boston office.
Adam Gershenson focuses on domestic and international trade secret disputes and is well-versed in legal matters involving artificial intelligence. He also handles cases relating to unfair competition, breach of contract, false advertising and patents, and has represented clients before the US Supreme Court and the International Trade Commission.
Prior to joining Weil, he worked at Cooley, and previously served at WilmerHale.
