Latham & Watkins has appointed seasoned trial lawyer David Marriott from Cravath Swaine & Moore. Based in New York, he joins the firm as a partner within the antitrust, competition, litigation and trial practice groups.
David Marriott focuses on litigation work, advising multinational companies on high-profile disputes involving intellectual property, commercial affairs and securities. He has represented clients in both federal and state courts across the United States.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, he worked at Cravath Swaine & Moore for almost 30 years.
