Kennedys has appointed arbitration partner Thomas Kendra to its Paris office to drive the expansion of its global commercial and investment arbitration practices.
Dually qualified in France and England, Thomas Kendra also serves as an arbitrator and has over 20 years of experience in international arbitration. His practice covers energy, telecommunications, mining, life sciences and more. He specialises in high-value cross-border commercial disputes and investment treaty arbitrations, with extensive expertise in emerging markets across Africa, Central Asia and Latin America.
He worked at Hogan Lovells prior to joining Kennedys.
