Linklaters has recruited seasoned partner Joseph Profaizer from Paul Hastings to its Washington DC office, where he will serve as co-head of the firm’s international arbitration practice.

Joseph Profaizer focuses exclusively on complex international disputes. He has handled over a hundred cross-border arbitrations and is well-versed in the rules of major arbitration institutions. His practice spans pharmaceuticals, energy, private equity, technology and other sectors. He is qualified to practise law in both the United States and England.

Prior to joining Linklaters, he served as global co-chair of international arbitration and vice-chair of the Washington DC office at Paul Hastings.
