Latham & Watkins has recruited Leen Zaza, an M&A partner from leading Saudi firm Khoshaim & Associates(K&A) to its Riyadh office, strengthening its Middle East practice.

Leen Zaza advises on private M&A, joint ventures, divestments, corporate governance and compliance matters across sectors including energy and infrastructure, shipping, and healthcare. She joined K&A in 2012 and was promoted to partner in 2020.

As one of the first international law firms licensed to operate in Saudi Arabia, Latham & Watkins later obtained a permit to establish its regional headquarters here. The firm’s Riyadh office currently has 20 lawyers, led by capital markets specialist Salman Al-Sudairi.
