Beauty giant The Estée Lauder Companies has named Rashida La Lande, former General Counsel of KraftHeinz, as its new General Counsel.

Rashida La Lande will oversee the group’s global legal, compliance, risk management, corporate governance and transactional matters. She will also lead the global privacy office and security team and report to both the Executive Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Estée Lauder, she worked at KraftHeinz for six and a half years, and spent nearly two decades at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher before that.
