McDermott Will & Schulte has engaged Jessica Lee, former partner at Brown Rudnick, to join its London team.

Jessica Lee focuses on high-value and intricate commercial disputes, including civil fraud, asset recovery, shareholder litigation and regulatory compliance. She is experienced in cross-border disputes and investigations involving regulatory authorities in the UK and the US. She also specializes in legal work surrounding cryptocurrency and blockchain, such as crypto asset fraud recovery, crypto exchange insolvency and disputes related to decentralized finance.

Jessica Lee spent nine years at Brown Rudnick and served as a partner for more than three years. She started her legal career at Baker McKenzie and completed secondments at multiple enterprises and financial institutions.
